Terms of business:
We will supply the items you order at the prices advertised. 
Please pay on the checkout page. It's fast, free, very safe and secure. Your card details are processed in complete anonymity and no personal details are accessible to us.  

When we receive payment, we will post your goods to you as soon as possible. 

If, for any reason you're not satisfied with goods received, please let us know right away and return the item within 14 days in its original condition and packaging.
We'll do our best to resolve the matter promptly. 

If you change your mind and decide that you don't want something, we'll refund the price of any item after you return it, unused and in original condition and packaging, within twenty-one days. You need only pay for return postage.

If for any reason, we cannot fulfill an order, we'll let you know in good time and refund your payment. 
 

We will confirm your order by e-mail and update you when payment has been received.

Delivery and Returns

Please choose your delivery option at the checkout. We will pay the postage of any orders over the value of £25 to be sent by Royal Mail standard post to an address within the UK. 

If you need Guaranteed next day delivery within the UK, we need to get your order and payment before 10.00am. Orders and payments received after that time, or at weekends, will be sent as soon as possible. We will always do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.
(Very large orders, for example, wholesale quantities, need special shipping arrangements that  are priced differently. Please contact us if you want to place a large order.)


Privacy
 
Giftpearls.co.uk protects and respects the privacy of all customers and visitors.
Only contact and delivery details are collected. We do not have access to card (credit or debit) details as this process is handled only by a secure payment gateway (currently PayPal) who forwards your payment to our account. Information collected from customers is used for billing and administration purposes only and will be kept confidential.
