I can endorse all the positive comments that have been made about this company. Further I can report that,such is their customer service paramount, they acted beyond the norm concerning my latest purchase.
When I mistakenly ordered clip-on earrings, (which they made specially to order)they agreed to take them back and make me stud ones at no extra charge. I returned the clip-ons as requested but unfortunately they were lost in the post. Not daunted by this ,Gift Pearls insisted on fulfilling their promise to provide me with the earrings I wanted. No complaints; no delay and no extra charge!

I wanted to have a 3-row pearl bracelet restrung and to change the clasp. As I live in London, I went to Hatton Garden and Harrods to see what could be done. The proposed clasps were boring, prices just to restring were shocking, and the attitude of staff dismissive. Therefore, with some apprehension, I decided to see what the online - mail order - options might be.

Parcel arrived at 12noon today,

Everything is perfect. The earrings are lovely and what a great match to my old ones so I have replaced them in the original box along with the new small butterflies to be kept in the small plastic bag I have replaced the small ones with the larger ones which again are perfect for my old fingers.

I was also SO pleased with the small bail. I have never seen these small holders and these are great. I already have found a silver chain which was in my jewellery box for the bail and will put it in the pretty white box for my granddaughter for Christmas

I can’t thank you enough Geoff for doing all the research for me and the suggestion of the bail and alteration to my small pearl. It’s so good to know that it wont be wasted.

The pearls arrived back to me and they were in immaculate condition,the clasp had been cleaned along with the pearls and now that they have been excellently restrung I can wear them with confidence.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Nairn Pearls provides. I have had numerous repairs done, including pearl and other necklaces restrung. Lian and Geoff have also suggested how to use spare pearls to make beautiful earrings and bracelets. I have purchased several clasps from them at very competitive prices.
