When I mistakenly ordered clip-on earrings, (which they made specially to order)they agreed to take them back and make me stud ones at no extra charge. I wanted to have a 3-row pearl bracelet restrung and to change the clasp. As I live in London, I went to Hatton Garden and Harrods to see what could be done. The proposed clasps were boring, prices just to restring were shocking, and the attitude of staff dismissive. Therefore, with some apprehension, I decided to see what the online - mail order - options might be.

Parcel arrived at 12noon today,
Everything is perfect. The earrings are lovely and what a great match to my old ones so I have replaced them in the original box along with the new small butterflies to be kept in the small plastic bag I have replaced the small ones with the larger ones which again are perfect for my old fingers.
I was also SO pleased with the small bail. I have never seen these small holders and these are great. I already have found a silver chain which was in my jewellery box for the bail and will put it in the pretty white box for my granddaughter for Christmas

What fabulous service!
I unfortunately broke my mum’s pearl necklace just before her cruise and thought I was done for until I came across this website.
I called Gift Pearls, and was completely reassured by Geoff that the express restringing service would restring and deliver the restored pearls in time for mum’s cruise.
I sent them special delivery and the next day was called for payment. I opted also for a professional clean which was very reasonable (highly recommend this!).
I received the pearls back in plenty of time and they look absolutely amazing.

You have been so helpful throughout ,helped choose a suitable clasp from your selection online over the phone, and even with 2 lots of tracked postage I still paid half of what a local jeweller quoted me for the same job. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Nairn Pearls provides. I have had numerous repairs done, including pearl and other necklaces restrung. Lian and Geoff have also suggested how to use spare pearls to make beautiful earrings and bracelets. I have purchased several clasps from them at very competitive prices. The service is excellent, very efficient and postage is reasonable as well. I have recommended them to numerous friends.
