I have recently had a broken pearl necklace made into a stretch bracelet- very happy with it.
Also Gift Pearls have adjusted 2 pearl & quartz bracelets which fastened with a Chinese knot by removing 3 stones as I asked but retaining the Chinese knot. Again I am very happy & would not hesitate to use them again. Very helpful,polite & quick service,also very reasonable cost.

12 08 2017I have two pearl and silver rings. One is a Thomas Sabo ring of heavy thick silver which had a large fake pearl which dropped out somewhere and was never found. The other ring, more delicate, is a vintage ring with sentimental value, the fake pearl of this ring also came unstuck but I didn't lose the stone on this one. I sent both rings to Gift Pearls of Nairn and asked for their help. The vintage stone was attached again to the ring, and the Sabo ring was given a beautiful large genuine pearl. I paid so little for this service, and both rings are now wearable again - the Thomas Sabo ring more beautiful than originally! And it is thanks to this genuine and caring company who take such care in their workmanship, a true old fashioned quality service to be treasured.

Many thanks for your excellent work restringing,knotting and fitting a magnetic catch to my wifes pearl necklace. She was a bit worried about how secure the catch would be but,after trying it for a couple of weeks,she can't fault it. Having a shaky left hand she finds it so much easier to use without any assistance. We have a few more necklaces to send to have similar catches fitted.

Thank you so much. My pearls arrived today. Fished them out of the wrapping they were frozen -3C with wind chill today I quickly put them to my neck beneath the polo neck I wore and within minutes their lustre showed.
