Delivery and Returns

We will confirm your order by e-mail and update you when payment has been received.
Please choose your Royal Mail delivery option at the checkout. 

We will pay the postage of any orders over the value of £30 by standard post to any address within the UK. This usually takes 2 - 3 days and will save you money if you're not in a hurry.
If you need Guaranteed Next Day delivery within the UK, we need to get your order and payment before 10.00am. Orders and payments received after that time, or at weekends, will be sent as soon as possible. We will always do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.

(Very large or bulky orders need special shipping arrangements that are priced differently. Please contact us if you want a large order, for example, wholesale quantities.) Overseas orders will be shipped in the most efficient way. 

If, for any reason you're not satisfied with goods received, please let us know right away. We'll do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
If you change your mind and decide that you don't want something, please let us know as soon as possible and return the item within 14 days. We'll refund the price of any item after you return it, unused and in original condition and packaging. You need only pay for return postage. 
If for any unforeseen reason, we cannot supply what you have ordered, we'll let you know in good time and offer you a replacement or refund your payment.

Re-stringing and Repairs Service

Return postage (including packing etc.) is added to your bill. We’ll let you know the exact amount on receipt of your things and send you an invoice.

Postage - If you pack your things into a padded envelope less than an inch (25 mm) thick it will go as a 'large letter'. If your envelope is thicker, then it becomes a 'small parcel' and the postage is higher.
